本标准修订并代替SY/T 5412-1996《下套管作业规程》。This standard is to emend and replace SY/T 5412―1996 Operation code for casing running. 
本标准与SY/T 5412—1996相比,主要差异如下:Compared with SY/T 5412—1996,  the main changes in this standard are as follows: 
增加了大位移井下套管作业的内容;Casing running operation in extended reach wells are added ;
增加了下套管技术措施的内容;The technical measures for casing running are added;
增加了套管螺纹锁紧密封脂使用规定的内容;The regulations for using the thread-locking compound for casing thread are added ;
删除了尾管作业的内容。Liner running procedures are deleted.

下套管作业规程Operation code for casing running
1范围1 Scope
本标准规定了直井、定向井、水平井、大位移井下套管作业的技术要求。 This standard specifies the technical requirements for casing running operations in vertical well, directional well, horizontal well and extended-reach well.
本标准适用于石油、天然气钻井的下套管作业。This standard is applicable to casing running operations in oil and gas well.

3施工前的准备 3 Preparation before operation 
3.1资料准备3.1   Data preparation
下套管前应收集齐全井深结构、实际井深、钻具结构、造斜点位置、井斜及其方位、水平位 移、井温、电测井径、钻井液性能、地层流体性质、裸眼段地质分层及岩性、井下工程情况等资 料。Before running in casing, the following data shall be collected:casing program, actual depth, bottom hole assembly, kick-off point, hole inclination and azimuth, horizontal displacement ,bottom hole temperature, hole diameter from caliper logging, mud properties, formation fluid properties,geologic zonation and lithology in the open hole,and well conditions, etc.
3.2井眼准备3. 2   Wellbore preparation
3.2.1完钻井深达到钻井设计要求。3. 2.1 The well depth meets the requirement of drilling design.
3.2.2井身质量符合设计要求。3.2.2 Wellbore quality conforms to the design requirement.
3.2.3下套管前,应用原钻具下钻通井,要求-3.2.3 Before running in the casing, a wiper trip is required with the original drill stem, and the following requirements shall be satisfied.
a)通井到底,井眼畅通无阻。a) Trip to the bottom and ensure fluent passage.
b)按设计排量洗井,洗井时间不少于两个循环周。b) Flush the wellbore with the designed flow rate for at least two circulation cycles.
c) 设专人观察振动筛处岩屑返出情况,判断井壁是否稳定。c) Assign a person specially to observe the ut-tings at the shale shakers, judging the wellbore stability status.
d) 调整好钻井液性能,达到井口无溢流和不漏失;对于油水井,进出口密度一致;对于气井, 进出口密度差小于0.02g/cm3;符合固井设计要求。d) Condition the mud properties to ensure neither kick nor lost circulation exists. For oil wells, the mud density should be the same at both the inlet and outlet. For gas well, the density difference between the inlet and outlet should be less than 0. 02g/cm3
e) 对于定向井、水平井、大位移井应分段循环,在全角变化率大的井段反复大幅度活动钻具, 彻底清除岩屑床,到底后大排量循环钻井液并活动钻具;起钻前在大斜度井段、裸眼井段或 水平井段注人含润滑剂的钻井液。e) For directional, horizontal and extended -reach wells, reciprocate the drill string extensively and circulate in sections of high change rate of whole angle to remove cutting bed thoroughly. Upon trip to the bottom, reciprocate and circulate at higher flow rate. Spot lubricant slug at highly deviated, horizontal or open hole section.
3.2.4在钻井过程中发生漏失的井或有潜在漏失层的井,下套管前应设法提高地层承压能力,使其 满足下套管或注水泥期间的最高当量循环密度, 3.2.4 For wells where lost circulation once occurred while drilling, or potential thief zone exists, measures should be taken to enhance the formation to be capable of withstanding the maximum ECD while running in and cementing.
3.2.5下列井段应下钻重点扩划眼:3. 2. 5 Reaming operation is especially required for the following intervals;
a) 电测井径小于钻头直径井段,a) Borehole diameter from the caliper logging is less than the bit diameter.
b) 起下钻遇阻、遇卡井段。b) Tight hole.
c) 全角变化率超过设计规定的井段。c) The change rate of the whole angle exceeding the designed.
3.3套管及套管附件和下套管工具准备3.3 Preparation of casing, casing accessories, and running tool
3. 3.1套管准备:3. 3. 1    Preparation of casing: 
a) 送井套管应符合套管柱设计要求,长度附加量不少于3% ,并附有套管质量检验合格证。a) The casing transported to the rig site shall conform to the design of casing string with no less than 3 % additional length, and the casing's quality certificate should be provided.
b) 套管运输过程和现场检验,按SY/T 5396的规定执行。b) The transportation and site inspection should conform to SY/T 5396.
c) 井场套管应整齐平放在管架上,码放高度不超过三层。c) Casing should be placed on the racks in order, and stacked no more than three layers.
d) 人井套管应使用标准通径规逐根通径,清洗螺纹,丈量长度,地质、工程人员应分别校核,确定人井套管的直径、钢级、壁厚、螺纹类型及长度无误。d) Drift the casing with standard drifting gauge, clean the threads and measure the length joint by joint. Both geologists and engineers should verify diameter, steel grade, wall thickness, thread type, and length. They should make sure that all the information is correct.
e) 严格按套管柱设计排列下井顺序并编号,编写下井套管记录,备用套管和不合格套管做出明 显标记,与下井套管分开排放。e) Array and number the casing joints strictly in the running order based on the casing string design. Write casing record, obviously mark the spare and unqualified joints and array them away from the numbered casing joints.
f) 进行套管柱强度校核时,对于定向井、水平井、大位移井,还应计算套管柱弯曲应力和摩阻, 考虑套管柱附加轴向载荷的影响,计算方法按SY/T 5322规定执行。f) When verifying the casing strength, besides the influence of casing string's additional axial load, the bending stress and friction resistance should also be calculated according to SY/T 5322 for directional, horizontal and extended-reach wells.
3.3.2套管附件准备:3. 3. 2   Preparation of casing accessories:
a) 送井套管附件应符合设计要求,并有质量检查清单;与套管柱相连接的螺纹应进行合扣检査。a) Casing accessories shall conform to the design, with a quality verification list;         connection test should be conducted for the thread to be connected to the casing string.
b) 下井套管附件应记录其主要尺寸和钢级,并将其长度和下井次序编人套管记录。b) Record the main size, steel grade, length and running order of casing accessories in the casing record.
c) 套管附件强度不应小于套管强度要求。c) The strength of casing accessories should not be lower than that of the casing.
d) 井斜大于45°的井段,应安装自动复位式浮箍(浮鞋)。d) Automatic reposition float collar or float shoe should be installed for the intervals with a inclination greater than 45。.
e) 对于大斜度井,技术套管内斜井段应安放礤子扶正器,对于地层坚硬和井眼规则的裸眼井段 也宜安放礤子扶正器。e) For highly deviated wells, roller centralizers should be installed for the inclined intervals where the intermediate casing string has been set. For open hole intervals of hard formation and of gauge hole, roller centralizers are recommended.
f)对于大斜度井设计套管柱下部结构时,根据计算套管下人的摩阻和套管浮重决定是否采用漂 浮接箍。f) While designing the bottom structure of casing string for highly deviated wells, whether or not to use the floatation collar depends on the running friction and casing buoyant weight.
3. 3.3下套管工具准备:3. 3. 3   Preparation of running tools: 
a) 下套管工具应配备齐全,易损部件应有备用件。a) Prepare all the necessary running tools with backup for easily-worn parts.
b) 送井工具应有质量检验合格证。b) The tools shall have verified quality certificate.
c) 钻井工程人员对所有工具进行规格、尺寸、承载能力、工作表面磨损程度、液压套管钳扭矩 表的准确性及套管钳使用灵活、安全可靠性的质量检查。c) The drilling engineers shall make a quality-inspection for all tools' specification, size, loading capacity,wearing of the working face, the accuracy of torque meter, the tong's flexibility, liability and safty.
3.4设备和器材的准备3. 4   Preparation of equipment and material 
3. 4.1应根据SY/T 5322的规定,校核下套管过程的钻机载荷。3. 4.1    Verify the rig's load capacity before running in casing according to the provisions of SY/T 5322.
3.4.2对地面设备进行检查,对不合格项及时进行整改,重点检查下列部位:3.4.2 Inspect the surface equipment, and rectify the unqualified items. Especially inspect the following items: 
a) 井架及底座。a) Derrick and substructure.
b) 提升系统:绞车、天车、游动滑车、大钩吊环、钢丝绳及固定绳卡等。b) Hoisting system: drawworks, crown block, travelling block, hook elevator link, wire rope, and its fixing clamping, plates and grips etc.
c) 动力系统:柴油机、钻井泵、空气压缩机、发电机及传动系统等。c) Power system: diesel engines, mud pumps, air-compressors, generators, and transmitting system, etc.
d) 仪表:指重表、泵冲数表、泵压表及扭矩表等。d) Instruments: weight indicator, pump stroke counters, pressure gauge, and torque meters.
3. 4.3更换防喷器闸板,使之与下井套管尺寸相符,并按规定试压合格。3. 4. 3 Replace ihe blowout preventer's rams with the ones that fit the casing size. Conduct pressure test to meet the regulations. 
3. 4.4普通套管螺纹密封脂应符合SY/T 5199的规定,特殊螺纹密封脂应符合设计要求。3. 4. 4 The common casing thread dope shall conform to SY/T 5199; the special dope should meet the design requirement.
3.5制定下套管技术措施3. 5   Workout measures for casing running
下套管技术措施主要应包括但不限于以下内容:The measures mainly include, but not limited to the following contents:
a) 下套管次序。a) Casing running sequence.
b) 套管附件与套管的连接要求及注意事项。b) Requirement for connection between casing accessories and casing, and the points for attention.
c) 套管上下钻台的保护措施。c) Precautions for casing joint picking - up to and laying - down from the rig floor,
d) 套管连接对应的扭矩推荐值。d) The corresponding torque recommended for casing conned ion.
e) 套管下放的速度和灌钻井液要求。e) Speed for lowering casing and requirements for mud filling.
f) 下套管过程中的应急预案。f) Emergency program for casings running.
4下套管作业4 Casing running operation 
4.1交底协调4.1 Coordination
4.1.1下套管作业前应组织召开技术协调会,通报第3章中规定的内容。4. 1. 1 Organize a technology coordination meeting before casing running and informing all the attendants of contents prescribed in Clause 3.
4. 1.2安排人员分工。4.1. 2   Specify the task of each person.
4.2套管柱的连接4. 2   Making-up of casing string
4.2.1对扣前,螺纹应擦洗干净,并保持清洁。4. 2. 1   Prior to making - up, clean the threads and keep them clean.
4- 2.2上钻台套管应戴好护丝,防止损坏套管螺纹。4. 2. 2 Before lifting to rig floor, put on thread protector,preventing the casing threads from being damaged.
4.2.3在碰压座以上一根套管及以下全部套管和附件的螺纹表面,应清洗干净并擦干,涂抹套管螺纹锁紧密封脂,其余套管在螺纹表面均勾涂抹套管螺纹密封脂。4. 2.3 Clean and dry the threads of all the joints and accessories in the casing siring, apply compound on those joints from the second joint above the setting seat and thread-locking compound on all other joints.
4- 2.4对扣时套管应扶正。开始旋合转动应慢,如发现错扣应卸开检查处理。4. 2. 4 Ensure align the casing properly when making-up. Rotate slowly at first. If thread alternating happens, then screw off and examine the threads.
4. 2.5采用套管钳上扣,标准圆螺纹套管及偏梯型螺紋套管的旋合扭矩推荐值分别见附录八、附录 B。4.2.5 While making-up with casing tongs, the recommended torque for both standard round thread casing and buttress thread casing is given in Annex A and Annex B respectively. 
使用锁紧密封脂时,旋合扭矩值可适当增加,但不宜超过规定最大值的25%。When using thread-locking compound, the torque can be increased reasonably, but not to exceed 125% of the specified maximum value.
a) 标准圆螺纹套管旋紧规定如下a) The tightening of standard round thread casing is specified as follows;
套管旋合的实际扭矩达到附录A中的最佳扭矩值时,进扣和余扣在两扣范围内,则认为螺纹配合及旋紧程度合适。When the actual torque reaches the optimal value in Annex A, it is considered being well- fitted and properly tightened if the over-screwed or the leftover thread is equal to or less than two turns.
套管旋合时,当进扣已超过两扣,而实际扭矩还小于附录A中最小扭矩值,则认为套管螺纹配合有问题,应更换套管。If the thread is over screwed more than two turns, while the actual torque is still less than tlie minimum value in Annex A. then the fitting of the casing threads has something wrong and the joint (s) shall be replaced.
套管旋合时,实际扭矩已达到附录A中的最大扭矩值,而余扣大于两扣,则认为套管螺纹配合有问题,应卸开检查,如螺纹损坏应予更换。―If the actual torque reaches the maximum value in Annex A, while the leftover threads are more than two turns, then the fitting of the casing threads has something wrong. Screw off and examine the threads, and replace the joint (s) if damaged.
b) 偏梯型螺纹套管旋紧规定如下: .b) The tightening for buttress thread casing is specified as follows:
扭矩达到附录B中扭矩值,套管接箍未超过标记"△"(如图1所示)顶界或与"A"底界余两扣范围内,则认为螺纹配合及旋紧程度合适。 If the torque reaches the value in Annex B, and the end plane of the coupling docs not exceed the top of triangle stamp or no more than two threads leftover below the bottom of triangle stamp, it is considered well - fitted and properly tightened (see Figure 1).
扭矩达到附录B中扭矩值,套管接箍超过标记"△"顶界,则认为套管螺纹配合有问题,应更换套管。If the torque reaches the value in Annex B, and the top plane of the casing coupling exceeds the top of triangle stamp, it is considered that the fitting of the casing threads has something wrong and the casing shall be replaced,
扭矩达到附录B中扭矩值,套管接箍与"△"底界余扣超过两扣,则认为套管螺纹连接 有问题,应卸开检查,如螺纹损坏应予更换。If the torque reaches the value in Annex B, and the threads leftover between the end plane of rhc coupling and rhc bottom of triangle stamp is more than two turns, it is considered thing  wrong. Screw off and examine the that the fitting of the casing threads has some- threads, replace the joint (s) if damaged .
4.2.6特殊螺纹套管连接办法以套管制造商推荐作法为依据。4.2.6 The connection of special casing thread should be based on the manufacturer's recommendation.
4.2.7下套管过程应记录套管实际旋合扭矩值或余扣值。4.2.7 The actual torque and the leftover thread shall be recorded during casing running. 
4.2.8直径大于或等于244. 5mm的套管,下套管时宜采用套管卡盘。4. 2.8   Use casing spider if the casing diameter is greater than 244. 5mm.
4.3套管附件与套管柱的连接4.3 Making-up between casing accessories and casing string
4.3.1套管附件与套管柱的螺纹连接,其旋合要求应符合4. 2.5和4. 2. 6的规定。4.3.1 The thread connection between casing accessories and casing string shall conform to the stipulations of 4. 2. 5 and 4. 2. 6.
4.3.2套管扶正器的安装按SY/T 5334规定执行。4.3.2 Install the casing centralizers according to SY/T 5334.
4.3.3特殊专用附件应依照产品说明书,按下套管措施的要求进行安装、连接和操作。4.3.3 Install, connect and operate the special accessories according to the product manual and the requirements in the running measures.
4.3.4套管串连接的所有部位不允许电焊。4. 3.4 No welding on any connection is allowed.
4.4套管柱下放4.4 Lowering casing string
4.4.1套管柱上提下放应平稳。上提髙度以刚好打开吊卡为宜,下放坐吊卡(卡瓦)时应减少冲击载荷。4. 4.1   Lift or lower the casing string smoothly. Lift the string to position that just enables the elevator to be opened. Minimize the impact load while lowering to set the elevator or spicier. 
4.4.2控制套管柱下放速度,主要以环空返速、地层承压等参数来确定。4. 4. 2 Control the lowering speed, which is determined by annular velocity* formation fracture pressure, etc.
4.4.3装有普通型浮箍(浮鞋),应按下套管技术措施和固井设计要求及时向套管内灌满钻井液。4.4.3 Fill the casing with mud in time according to the requirement of casing running measures and cementing design if common float collar or shoe shall be installed.
4.4.4装有自灌型浮箍(浮鞋),一旦发现自灌装置失效,即按4.4.3执行。4.4.4 If auto-fill float collar or shoe is installed but it failed, fill the casing with mud immediately according to 4. 4. 3.
4.4.5对于下漂浮接箍的井,中途如果无异常情况不应循环钻井液。4. 4.5 For the wells where floatation collar is applied* do not circulate mud until running to the bottom if nothing abnormal occurs. 
4.4.6下套管过程中,应缩短静止时间,如套管静止时间超过5min,应活动套管,套管活动距离应 不小于套管柱伸縮量的两倍。4. 4.6 Minimize the motionless time during running casing. If the time exceeds 5 min, reciprocate the casing string, and the amplitude should not be less than two times of the length the casing string stretch.
4.4.7下套管时应专人观察和记录井口钻井液返出情况,记录灌钻井液后悬重变化情况,如发现异 常情况,应采取相应措施。4. 4. 7 When running casing, assign a person specially to watch and record volume of the mud returned at flowline. Record the change in the total weight of the string after filling the casing with mud; take corresponding measures if something abnormal appears.
4.4.8套管下完的深度达到设计要求,复查套管下井与未下井根数是否与送井套管总数相符。4.4. 8    Upon running the casing to the designed depth, re-check if the number of joints run to the hole plus that of the left over joints equal to the total number of joints transported to the rig site. 
4.4.9下完套管灌满钻井液后方可开泵,观察泵压变化,排量由小到大,确认泵压无异常变化和井 下无漏失后,将排量逐渐提髙到固井设计要求。4.4.9   Start the pump after finishing running and filling casing. Watch the change of pump pressure Increase the flow rate gradually to the requirement level of cementing design after making sure that there is no abnormal change in pump pressure and no lost circulation.
