前言 Foreword
本标准是在SY/T 5954-94《开钻前验收项目及要求》的基础上修订而成的。 This standard is revised on the base of standard SY/T 5954-94 Inspection Items&Specifications Prior to Spudding.
本标准与SY/T 5954-94相比,主要变化如下: Compared with SY/T 5954-94, the main changes in this standard are as follows:
— 增加了防洪防汛、防火、防爆安全预案方面的要求; — Specifications of preliminary safety measures on prevention of flood, fire, explosion are added;
— 增加了钻井液池废弃物的现场处理、井场废弃物及生活垃圾的处理、井场噪音降消装置等方面的要求; — Specifications on treatment of waste in drilling fluid pit, rubbish on well-site and camp, installation of noise-reducing device etc. are added;
— 增加了柴油机安装要求及电动钻机的安装要求。 — Installation specifications of diesel engines and electric rigs are added.
本标准自发布之日起,同时代替SY/T 5954-940 This standard will replace the standard SY/T 5954-94 from the implementation date of this standard.

3 钻前工程 3 Well-site preparation
3.1 井场 3.1 Well-site
井 场 面 积和井场布置应按SY/T 5466的规定执行。 Well-site size and layout shall be as specified in SY/T 5466.
3.2 设备基础 3.2 Equipment foundation
设 备 基 础的选型、技术规范和摆放位置应符合设计要求。 The selection, specification and layout for equipment foundation shall be in accordance with the design.
4 设备安装 4 Equipment installation
4.1 一般要求 4.1 General Requirements
4.1.1 所有设备应按规定的位置摆放,并按规定的程序安装,做到“平、稳、正、全、牢”。 4.1.1 All equipments shall be laid out at designate position, installed as per stipulated procedure to ensure all equipment being leveled, stabilized, aligned, completed and securely fasten.
4.1.2 设备部件、附件、安全装置、护罩应齐全、完好,不得缺损、变形,且固定牢靠。 4.1.2 All equipment components, accessories, safety devices. and guard shields shall be complete and in working condition. and securely fasten, no damage or deficiency is permitted.
4.1.3 设备运转部位转动灵活,不旷不卡;各种阀件灵活可靠,安全保险;油气水路畅通,不渗不漏。 4.1.3 All valves and moving parts should be in good working conditions. safe and reliable. No plugging, seeping or leaking is permitted in air, oil and water lines.
4.1.4 所有紧固件、连接件应紧固牢靠,销子应有锁紧保险装置;紧固件螺纹外露部分要抹润滑脂。 4.1.4 All fittings and connectors should be tightened and reliable. Pins should have locks or safety devices. Exposed threads should be greased.
4.1.5 验收项目及要求见表1 4.1.5 Inspection items and requirements details. see Table 1.
4.2 绞车制动系统 4.2 Drawworks braking system
绞车 制 动 系统能迅速、有效地进行制动与解除,防碰天车及保险阀工作灵活、可靠,离合器能快速离合。 The drawworks brake system should be able to brake and release rapidly and effectively. Crown-O-Matie and safety valves and clutches respond promptly.
4.3 整机试运转 4.3 Running test of the whole rig
设备 安 装 完后,进行整机试运转,连续运转90min,各部件正常工作,保证可靠。 After installation, test the whole rig for 90min to ensure that all parts work well and reliably.
4.4 高压试运转 4.4 High pressure test
进行 高 压 试运转时,试运转压力按工程设计最大工作压力值的1.2倍一1.5倍进行,运转30min以上,所有管线不刺不漏,油气水路畅通。 Pressure test at 1.2 times-1.5 times of the maximum design value for more than 30min to ensure no leaking or washout, and oil, air and water lines are unplugged.

5 钻并工程准备 5 Drilling engineering preparation
5.1 钻井准备 5.1 Drilling preparation
5.1.1 钻井队在开钻前应根据钻井设计书的要求,制定出该井的施工技术措施。 5.1.1 The rig crew and associated work unit shall put forward an operation plan according to the drilling program prior to spudding.
5.1.2 根据钻井设计书,准备好各类工具、仪器、器材,其规格应符合规定要求。 5.1.2 Prepare all tools, instruments, and apparatus according to drilling program and these shall meet stipulated requirements.
5.1.3 检查钻具规格,丈量钻具和表层套管长度。 5.1.3 Check the specification of drill stem, measure its length and that of surface casing.
5.1.4 检查各种配合接头的规格,其中包括长度、内径、螺纹类型,并做好原始记录。 5.1.4 Check the specification of crossovers including length, 10, thread type, and record the data.
5.1.5 准备好各种符合标准的井口工具。 5.1.5 Prepare all relevant tools.
5.1.6 准备好井场各种生产用报表。 5.1.6 Prepare operation reports.
5.1.7 按技术规定调校好指重表及各种仪表。 5.1.7 Adjust and calibrate weight indicator and all other gauges or meters.
5.1.8 开钻前应挖好圆井、方井或埋导管。 5. 1. 8 Dig the cellar and drive the conductors.
5.1.9 井场钻具应摆放在管架台上。 5.1.9 The drilling tools on location shall be placed on pipe racks.
5.2 钻井液准备 5.2 Drilling fluid preparation
5.2.1 钻井液性能测定仪器达到要求 5.2.1 The measuring instruments of drilling fluid should meet the requirements.
5.2.2 调整井应按设计要求配制好钻井液,性能达到要求。 5.2.2 Mix drilling fluid, and ensure the mud properties should meet the requirements.
5.2.3 探井、高压井除配足正常钻井所需的钻井液外,还应根据钻井设计书的要求,备好加重材料。 5.2.3 In addition to prepare normally required volume of drilling fluid, weight material shall be prepared for exploratory wells and high-pressure wells according to drilling program.
5.2.4 根据设计,第一阶段开钻所需各种符合技术要求的处理剂应一次到位。 5. 2. 4 According to drilling program, all the conditioning agents needed in the surface section should be ready before spudding.
6 后勤供应 6 Logistics supply
6.1 应有足够的符合规格和质量要求的燃油、润滑油(脂)等油料。 6.1 Enough qualified fuel, lubricant, grease etc, should be in place.
6.2 开钻前应有足够的储水量,水源及供水设备完好,保证钻井生产需要。 6.2 Keep enough water reserve and ensure the water resource and supplying equipment are in good working condition, meeting the operation requirements.
6.3 储备足够数量的各种钻井液材料和其他生产物资。 6.3 Keep sufficient mud materials and other materials.
6.4 井场物资均应有防潮、防晒、防污染设施。 6.4 There should be facilities to prevent materials from moisture, sunray and pollution.
6.5 储备有足够的常用设备配件。 6.5 Keep enough equipment spare parts.

7 安全 7 Safety
7.1 井场安全标志齐全,有紧急逃生通道;装好风向标,各种报警装里齐全、灵敏;探井应配备防毒面具、有毒气体报警装置。 7.1 Safety signs, evacuation routes and wind sock are required on well-site. The alarm device should be sensitive and reliable. Breathing apparatus and hazardous gas alarming system are required for exploration wells.
7.2 井场电气设备安装和电路架设应按SY/T 5957的规定执行。 7.2 The installation of electric equipment and electric power cable at well-site shall be as specified in SY/T 5957.
7.3 井场易燃、易爆物应有专人管理,并按SY 5225-1994中2.2. 3- 2.2. 7 的规定执行。 7.3 The inflammables and explosive substance on the location shall be cared by special personnel and as specified in SY 5225-1994, 2.2.3-2.2.7.
7.4 井控设施的配备、安装、检查和验收按SY 5225, SY/T 6426等的相关规定执行。 7.4 The disposition, installation, inspection and acceptance of well control equipments should follow SY5225 and SY/T 6426.
7.5 井场消防器材应按SY 5225-1994第9章配备,其环境温度低于一10℃或超过40℃时,灭火器应采取保温或隔热防爆措施,确保能正常工作。 7.5 The well-site fire-fighting equipment should be provided at well-site according to the 9th chapter of SY 5225-1994. When temperature is below than - 10'C or above than 40'C, fire extinguishers should be kept warm or insulated from heat to ensure functionality and prevent explosion.
7.6 寒冷地区冬季施工井队,锅炉房安装距井口应大于50m, 7.6 The distance between wellhead and boiler room should be more than 50m in cold areas.
7.7 寒冷地区冬季施工井队,应有油、气、水管线的防冻措施,保证冬季安全生产。 7.7 Frost protective measures should be taken to prevent oil, gas and water lines from freezing in cold areas.
7.8 寒冷地区施工,防冻保温设施应齐全有效。 7.8 Frost protection and heat preservation equipment should be complete and work effectively in cold areas.
7.9 寒冷地区冬季施工,指重表应加防冻液。 7.9 Anti-freeze fluid should be added to weight indicators in cold areas.
7.10 功根据季节的不同,应制定出相应的安全预案,如防洪防汛、防火、防爆等。 7.10 In different seasons, relevant safety precautions should be taken for flood-control, fire and explosion prevention etc.
8 环境保护 8 Environmental protection
8.1 机房、井架底座、循环系统周围和整个井场四周应挖排水沟,保证排水畅通。废水应与清水隔离。 8. 1 Drainage ditches should be dug around motor room, substructure, circulation system and the entire well site. Sewage and fresh water should be separated.
8.2 根据井深、井型挖好钻屑池和污水坑,保证废水不渗、不溢。 8. 2 Cuttings and sewage pit should be dug according to well depth and well type to ensure no leakage or seepage.
8.3 深井作业应具备钻屑外运的条件。 8.3 Cuttings should be able to be transported away from well-site in deep well.
8.4 挖钻屑池、废水坑应留有余地,以便完井后的固化及外运处理。 8.4 Surplus space for mud pit and sewage pit should be maintained for solidification and cuttings delivery after well completion.
8.5 井场、宿舍应挖有废弃物坑及生活垃圾坑。 8.5 Waste pits should be dug in well-site and camp.
8.6 井场柴油机、发电机应装有消音装置。 8. 6 In well-site. diesel engines and generators SY/T 5954-2004 should have noise reduction devices.
8.7 根据本地区的具体情况,制定出切实可行的环境保护预案。 8.7 Make applicable environmental protection plans according to the situation of the area.
8.8 井场应配备废水回收利用装置。 8. 8 Sewage water recovery and recycle devices should be provided at well-site.
8.9 井场的污水排放应按GB 8978的规定执行。 8.9 The drainage of sewage water from wellsite should be in accordance with the requirement in GB 8978.
