前言 Foreword
本标准是在SY/T 6058—94《自升式井架起放作业规程》的基础上修订而成的。 This standard is the revision of SY/T 6058―94 Lifting and laying down operation procedure for self-erection mast.
本标准与SY/T 6058—94相比,主要变化如下- Main changes made in this standard are as follows:
变更了适用范围;  The scope is modified;
删除了表1和图1的内容; Table 1 and drawing 1 are deleted;
增加了使用液压缓冲器的相关内容; The content relevant to the application of hydraulic clamper is added;
增加了底座起放的相关内容。 The content relevant to the lifting and laying down of the substructure is added.
本标准代替SY/T 6058—94。 This standard will replace the standard SY/T 6058―94 from the implementation date of this standard.
本标准由石油钻井工程专业标准化委员会提出并归口。 This standard was proposed by, and is under the jurisdiction of Petroleum Drilling Engineering Speciality Standardization Committee.

自升式井架起放作业规程 Operation procedures for lifting and laying down of self-electing mast
1 范围 1. Scope
本标准规定了陆地钻机自升式井架起放作业的检查、起升和下放技术要求及特殊规定。 This standard specifies the technical requirements, special regulations on the inspection, lifting and laying down of self-erection mast of land rig.
本标准适用于使用人字架起放方式的ZJ10、ZJ20、ZJ30、ZJ40、ZJ50、ZJ70钻机级别自升式井架的起放作业;本标准不适用于各类液压起升钻机的起放作业。 This standard is applicable to the lifting and laying down operations of self-erection masts, which lifted and laid down via A-frames of substructure of ZJ - 10, ZJ - 20, ZJ -30, ZJ -40, ZJ - 50 and ZJ - 7U rigs.

3. 井架起放前的检査与要求 3. Inspection and requirements before lifting and laying down
3.1 井架及底座 3.1 Mast and substructure
3.1.1 井架及底座按钻机总装图要求安装。 3.1.1 Assemble mast and substructure according to installation instructions and drawings of the rig.
3.1.2 井架及底座各部连接件、紧固件齐全、紧固,且规格符合要求。 3.1.2 All connecting and fixing parts for mast and substructure shall be complete and proper as required.
3.1.3 井架上安装的梯子、栏杆、台板等各类辅助设施齐全、完好、可靠,清除易落物。 3.1.3 The auxiliary facilities such as ladders, hand rails and walkways shall be properly installed and secured. Check and remove any unfixed objects from the mast.
3.1.4 井架及底座各部无断裂、开焊、严重变形等。 3.1.4 Check the mast and substructure to ensure that there are no cracks, severe distortion, etc.
3.1.5 二层台操作台前部拉起,固定牢靠;二层台支梁开口尺寸不小于游车通过尺寸。 3.1.5 Ensure the operating board in monkey board is fixed up firmly. The opening between two finger beams shall be adequate for the traveling block passing through.
3.1.6 底座底梁与基础接触面不应有悬空。 3.1.6 There shall be no clearance between substructure and its foundation. 
3.1.7 各滑轮、索具齐全,并固定牢靠。 3.1.7 Sheaves and riggings shall be complete and fixed firmly.
3.1.8 高压立管、水龙带安装正确,固定牢靠。 3.1.8 Standpipes and rotary hose shall be properly installed and secured. 
3.1.9 井架和钻台上无影响司钻操作和视线的障碍物。 3.1.9 There shall be no obstacles effecting the driller's eyesight and operation on the mast and drill floor.
3.1.10 井架绷绳齐全、完好,连接牢靠。 3.1.10 The guy lines for mast shall be complete, in good condition and fixed well. 
3.1.11 井架上的照明线路、灯具齐全、完好,安装规范。 3.1.11 Electrical circuits and lights on the mast shall be installed as required. 
3.1.12 井架与人字架之间除专门连接装置外,无其他连接或缠绕物。 3.1.12 Except special connections there are no other connections or entanglements between the mast and A-frame of substructure. 
3.1.13 井架立管与地面高压管线解除连接。 3.1.13 Keep standpipes disconnected to high-pressure manifolds. 
3.2 动力及控制部分 3.2 Power and control system 
3.2.1 供电系统正常。 3.2.1 Ensure that electrical power supply is in good condition.
3.2.2 动力系统、传动系统和控制系统正常运转2h以上。 3.2.2 The power system, transmission system and control system shall have been running normally for more than 2 hours.
3.2.3 绞车刹车带(块)磨合良好,刹车机构调整适宜、灵活、可靠;刹把髙低位置适中,操作灵活。 3.2.3 Check if the lining of the brake bands works properly. And check the brake mechanism is properly adjusted.
3.2.4 辅助刹车完好,性能可靠。 3.2.4 Ensure that auxiliary brake is working properly and reliably.
3.2.5 气控系统完好、畅通,气瓶压力符合规定要求。 3.2.5 Ensure that air control system works properly and its accumulator is properly charged as required.
3.2.6 指重表性能可靠。 3.2.6 Ensure that the weight indicator works properly and reliably. 
3.3 井架起升系统 3.3 Mast lifting system
3.3.1 人字架、支腿、横梁、各部滑轮座、连接器等无裂缝、开焊;连接件、紧固件齐全、紧固, 且规格符合要求。 3.3.1 Ensure that there are no cracks and damages in A-frames, knightheads, beams, sheave seats and connecters, etc. All the connecters are properly pinned and bolted as required. 
3.3.2 各部滑轮完好,转动灵活,润滑正常,挡绳器完好。 3.3.2 Make sure that all the sheaves are in good condition, properly lubricated and their line guides are installed properly. 
3.3.3 起升绳应符合SY/T 5170的规定。穿法正确,直径、长度达到规定要求,绳头固定安全可靠。专用起升绳应符合钻机制造厂家的产品设计标准。 3.3.3 The raising line shall be as specified, in SY/T 5170, and be properly weaved. Ensure that its diameter and length are as required, and its fasteners are fixed reliably. The Special raising line shall meet the manufacturer's design standards for the rig.
3. 3.4 钻井大绳应符合SY/T517U的规定。穿法正确,死、活绳头固定安全可靠,防滑钢丝绳卡不少于2个。 3.3.4 The drill line shall be as specified in SY/T 5170. Ensure that the drill line is waved as required, dead line and fast line are fixed safely and reliably, and at least two anti-slip clamps are installed for each fastener.
3. 3.5 钻井大绳长度合适。当游车放到钻台面位置时,绞车滚筒上的钻井大绳排列不少于一层半。 3.3.5 Ensure that the length of the drill line is proper. The drill line remained on the drawworks drum shall be no less than one and half layers when the traveling block reaches the drilling floor. 
3.3.6 死绳固定器安装方向正确,固定牢靠。 3.3.6 Install the dead line anchor in right direction and fix it reliably. 
3.3.7井架起放需要配重的钻机,配重的部位、重量应按钻机说明书执行。 3.3.7 When a bob weight is required for lifting and laying down, ensure that the weight and the position of the bob-weight are determined as per manufacturer's specification.
采用拖拉机配重的钻机,拖拉机的数量、自重应满足钻机说明书的要求。 When tractors are used as a bob-weight, the number and the deadweight of the tractors shall be in accordance with the rig manufacturer's specification. 
钢丝绳的挂接位置要保证作用力在人字架结构上形成对称状态,钢丝绳直径不小于25mm.长度不少于50m。拖拉机拉紧钢丝绳。 Fasten the wire ropes at proper position to ensure that the A-frames are symmetrically pulled. The wire ropes shall be no less than 25mm in diameter, and no less than 50m in length.
3.3.8 缓冲器完好,使用安全可靠。 3.3.8 Ensure that the damper is in good condition, safe and reliable.
3.3.9 游车的安放位置、高度应符合钻机说明书的要求,并锁死大钩。 3.3.9 Make sure that the hook is locked and the traveling block is set at proper position as per manufacturer' s instructions. 
3.4 场地 3.4 Well site
3.4.1 清除井架在水平安装和拆卸时场地内的一切障碍物,并使场地平整。 3.4.1 Remove unnecessary objects and level the well-site for mast assembling or disassembling.
3.4.2 支架支撑位置、高度符合钻机说明书的要求。: 3.4.2 The height of mast bracket and the supporting points are as per rig manufacturer's instructions.
4. 井架起升 4 Mast lifting
4.1 井架试起升 4.1 Test lifting
4.1.1 绞车用最低挡间歇挂合离合器,逐渐拉紧钻井大绳,使游车离开支撑面100mm?200mm后停住,检查钻井大绳穿法是否正确,钻井用索具、钻井大绳的死绳、水龙带等有无挂拉、缠绕现象。 4.1.1 Clutch on and off the drawwork inter-mittently at low gear, tense the drill line gradually until the traveling block is lifted 100mm to 200mm off the supports, then stop. Inspect the drill line to ensure that it was waved properly, and there is no concernment and entanglement in the riggings, dead line and rotary hose.
4.1.2 经检查无误后,继续起升,当井架离支架200mm?300mm时,将绞车刹住,对起升绳绳端固定、钻井大绳死绳固定、钴机配重、底座受力杆件、人字架等关键部位进行检查,对天车固定连接件进行重新紧固,停留10min?20min。 4.1.2 Then lift the mast slowly to 200mm--300mm off the mast bracket and stop again for further inspection on the key points such as fasteners on raising line and drill line, the bobweight,the substructure and its the A-frame. Re-tighten the fasteners of crown block. Await for 10 minutes to 20 minutes before going on. 
4.1.3 观察井架的起升负荷,起升负荷不应大于井架的设计起升负荷。 4.1.3 Observe the lifting load and keep it within the specified value.
4.1.4 缓慢下放井架到支架上,并将游车放松到离支撑面100mm?200mm处或放于支撑面上,对有问题的部位进行整改。 4.1.4 Lay down the mast onto the bracket slowly, lower the traveling block on or keep it 100mm to 200mm off the support and rectify any problematic parts.
4.1.5 绞车用最低挡,一次挂合离合器,将井架拉起离开支架200mm?300mm后,将绞车刹住, 使井架在此位置停留5min后,再将并架缓慢下放到支架上,放松游车到离支撑面100mm?200mm 处。 4.1.5 Clutch on drawwork and lift the mast until 200 mm to 300 mm off its brackets. Hold the mast for 5 minutes and lower it onto the bracket, lower the traveling block on and keep it 100 mm to 200 mm off its support. 
4.2 井架起升作业 4.2 Mast lifting operation
4.2.1 起升工作应在一名指挥的统一指挥下进行,指挥所处位置在刹把操作者能直接看到并且安全的地方。 4.2.1 Mast lifting operation shall be guided by one commander, and the place where he stays shall be safe and within the driller's vision. 
4.2.2 试起升完毕后,除机房留守人员、刹把操作者及缓冲器操作人员、关键部位观察人员、现场安全员和指挥外,其他人员和所有机具撤至安全区。 4.2.2 After test lifting, all personnel, except engine men, damper operator, driller, the assigned observers, safety man and the commander, shall go to a safety area. 
安全距离:正前方距井口不少于70m,两边距井架两侧不少于10m。 Safety area: 70 meters away from the wellhead right ahead of wellhead and 10 meters away from each side of the mast.
4.2.3 挂合辅助刹车。 4.2.3 Clutch on the auxiliary brake. 
4.2.4 挂合缓冲器,使其活塞全部伸出。 4.2.4 Switch on damper to fully stretch out its pistons. 
4.2.5 绞车一次挂合离合器,以最低绳速将井架匀速拉起,中途无特殊情况不应刹车。 4.2.5 Clutch on drawwork at low gear and evenly lift the mast at the lowest speed all the way. Do not brake if there is no abnormity. 
4.2.6 使用气动缓冲器时,当井架起升至70°?80°或井架离缓冲器活塞头2m左右时,采取减速措施,使井架缓慢靠到缓冲器活塞头上,随即打开缓冲器放气阀。 4.2.6 When pneumatic dampers are used and mast is lifted to 70° to 80% or about 2 meters a-way from the damper pistons* slow down to make the mast touch damper pistons gently, and then open the damper discharge valve. 
当活塞开始收缩后,摘除绞车动力, 使井架依靠自重缓慢就位。 When the damper pistons begin retrieving, clutch off drawwork to make the mast fit into the position slowly by its own weight.
使用液压缓冲器时,液压缓冲器应由专人进行操作。 When hydraulic dampers are used, it shall be operated by an assigned man. 
当井架起升至70°?80°或井架离缓冲器活塞头2m左右时,采取减速措施,使井架缓慢靠到缓冲器活塞头上,随即操作液压缓冲器,缓慢缩进。 When the mast is lifted to 70° to 80°, or about 2 meters away from the damper pistons, slow down to make the mast touch damper pistons gently, and then activate the hydraulic damper and make its pistons retrieving slowly. 
刹把操作者与液缸操作者相互配合,液压缸应随井架的起升而随动; Driller and hydraulic damper operator shall cooperate each other to make the mast lifting in servocontrol with the hydraulic damper. 
当井架依靠自重可以自行后靠时,绞车应随液压缸而随动,使井架缓慢就位。 When the mast can fit into position by its own weight, the drawwork shall be in servo-control with the hydraulic damper. 
在井架最后就位过程中,游车应处于随动工况,使起升绳保持一定的张紧度。 At the end of the mast positioning, the traveling block shall be in servocontrol state to keep the raising line with adequate tension.
4.2.7 井架就位后,将起升绳拉紧至钩载150kN左右,及时将井架与人宇架连接、固定。 4.2.7 After the mast is positioned, strain the raising line to a hook load of about 150kN, lock the mast onto A-frames with locking device promptly.
4.2.8 安装固定两根后绷绳后,再安装固定两根前绷绳。 4.2.8 Fix the two back guy lines first, and then the front ones.
4.2.9 当井架与人字架连接固定和井架绷绳安装同定完成后,将起升绳下放。起升绳应按要求位置挂接、盘放固定。 4.2.9 After the mast and A-frame firmly connected,and guy lines fixed, lower down the raising line, and keep it in a safe and proper place.
4.3 底座起升作业 4.3 Substructure lifting operation
使用双升式或旋升式底座的钻机,底座的起升作业应按钻机使用说明书的要求进行。 For the slingshot substructure and swing lift substructure, lifting operation shall follow the instruction in the rig manual.
5. 井架下放 5 Mast laying down
5.1 井架下放作业 5.1 Mast laying down operation
5.1.1 下放作业应在一名指挥的统一指挥下进行,指挥所处位置应在刹把操作者能直接看到并且安全的地方。 5.1.1 Mast laying down operation shall be guided by one commander, and the place where he stays shall be safe and within the driller's vision.
5.1.2 提紧起升绳至钩载150kN左右,观察各关键部位有无异常。 5.1.2 Tense the raising lines with hook load about 150 kN, and check key parts for any abnormality.
5.1.3 下放作业中,人员和安全距离的要求符合4.2.2的规定。 5.1.3 During laying down, the requirement for personnel and safety area shall as per 4.2.2.
5.1.4 具备下放井架条件后,依次拆除井架前绷绳、后绷绳和井架与人字架的连接固定装置。 5.1.4 When the mast are ready to be laid down, release the front guy lines and the back guy lines, then disconnect the mast from A-frame.
5.1.5 挂合辅助刹车。 5.1.5 Clutch on the auxiliary brake.
5.1.6 略放松起升绳,挂合缓冲器,利用活塞推力将井架顶出死角,此时游车应处于随动状态。 5.1.6 Loosen the raising line slightly. Switch on damper to push the mast out of the dead point with the damper piston thrust, and keep the traveling block in servocontrol meanwhile. 
当井架自动脱离活塞头时,起升绳应处于受载状态;然后适当操作刹把,使井架缓慢下放。 While the mast is off the damper keep the raising line strained. Operate brake lever properly to lower the mast slowly.
当使用液压缓冲器时,应由专人进行液缸操作。刹把操作者与液缸操作者相互配合,平稳操作。 When using hydraulic damper, the dumper operator shall be assigned man. The driller and hydraulic damper operator shall cooperate each other and operate evenly.
5.1.7 在无特殊情况下,井架下放作业宜连续完成。 5.1.7 Laying down shall be kept continuously, unless abnormality occurs. 
有必要停放时,应缓慢刹车,避免产生冲击力。 Once the operation has to be stopped, the driller shall operate gently to minimize impact.
5.1.8 当井架下放至距支架,1m左右时,将井架缓慢停住,调整支架位置。 5.1.8 When the mast is lowered to 1 meter away from its bracket, stop lowering, and adjust the mast bracket position.
5.1.9 继续卡放井架,使井架与支架缓慢接触,当完全接触后,放开刹把。 5.1.9 Lower the mast, and lay it down onto its bracket slowly. When the mast is completely supported by its bracket, release the brake. 
5.2 底座下放作业 5.2 Substructure lowering operation 
使用双升式或旋升式底座的钻机,底座的下放作业应按钻机使用说明书的要求进行。 For the slingshot substructure and swing lift substructure, lifting and laying down operation shall follow the instruction in the rig manual.
6 起放井架的特殊要求 6 The special requirements for mast lifting and laying down operation
6.1 不应使用牵引车代替钻机动力系统进行起放井架作业。 6.1 Do not use tractors to replace the rig power system for mast lifting and laying down.
6.2 遇风速达到7.9m/s (5级)以上大风或能见度小于100m时,不应进行井架的起放作业。 6.2 Do not lift and lay down mast when the wind speed is more than 7.9m/s or the visibility less than 100 m.
6.3 井架的起放作业不应在夜间进行。 6.3 Do not lift and lay down mast at night. 
6.4 井架起放作业的环境温度不应低于-40°C。 6.4 The mast lifting and laying down operation shall not be carried out when temperature is below -40°C.
6.5 新配套或大修后第一次组装的井架,起放井架作业应在厂方的指导下完成。 6.5 Operation of lifting or laying down a new mast or overhauled mast shall be carried out under the instruction of the manufacturer's representative.
6.6 本标准与制造厂使用手册或作业要求不一致之处,以制造厂的要求为准。 6.6 If there is any discrepancy in technical requirements between this standard and the instructions of rig manufacturer, the manufactuer's requirements will prevail.
